The HCU8001 military thermal printer is a full-page, monochrome, hardcopy output device is designed for use in the most critical defense applications. It incorporates the most advanced ruggedization and rugged thermal printer technology available. This equipment is constructed using environmental management techniques that protect internal components from the effects of shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference.  It is certified to HEMP, TEMPEST and SV requirements.

The HCU8001 is a proven commodity with thousands fielded around the world. Paper loading can be easily accomplished in very dim ambient light. RITEC Military printers incorporate anti-jamming technology that virtually eliminates paper delivery problems. The printhead and paper-path mechanism do not require any calibration or adjustment. External power and data interfaces are provided through separate connectors. The HCU8001 comes with a universal AC power supply ranging from 110 to 240 VAC.
